Does the Tarjeta pass have an expiry date? expiry date? Are they available via the driver on D/F and E bus?

Simple does the tarjeta pass have a time limit even though it may hardly have been used and still gave euros on it. Does it expire automatically after a specified period of time.eg after 1 months, or 3 months, or never?

Works for at least 3 years (experience) and available on all the Costa Azul buses in Torrevieja

One year ago tried three different times from bus. One explained she has run out, others just "no".
Went to buy it from bus station
