Hi We have a two bed apartment beachside in La Zenia which we are putting up for sale. My question is does anyone have any good experiences with Estate Agents and an agent who does not charge extortionate prices to sell and promise you the world!!!!! OR has anyone done this themselves and had any success. Thanks for any advice good or bad Gillian

Don not sign any agreement with an open period of validity and do not pay anything upfront.

List it yourself on this forum (very small fee) and idealista (free).

We had 3 agents who’s fees varied from €1500 + IVA TO €7k + IVA, we had far more viewings than they did and sold ourselves privately, so were able to knock some off the asking price, and still better off than using an agent.
