The for sale ad was posted several years ago. Maybe private message the seller for a response, and suggest they update or delete the ad.

Hi Thank you , why people are too lazy to delete or mark sold is beyond me . I have contacted the Admin suggesting that adverts should be given a time limit, say 3 months then automatically get removed .This would save people time trying to contact the seller when items have been sold . Also make room for new adverts .No reply has been received as yet. But i am so fed up of these outdated adds . Thank you for your reply , Bikerman

Hello
The first post on these older ads has a long yellow banner telling you how old the post is, also if you look at the date above the post you can see how long ago it was posted which often indicates whether it is worthwhile replying -- the post you answered was from Feb 2017.

We'll be adding a feature soon to notify sellers to remove their listings after a sold, this will hopefully make things easier.
One thing to keep in mind is there have been occasions where items are still for sale years later - we have a yellow banner at the top to always show members if a topic is very old

Hi but some of these with the banner are sold ! Why not put a time limit on adds ,they can put them back on if they don't sell .They are a pain & waste our time asking about them . Needs sorting please
