Does anyone know if post is being delivered?
Need to send an urgent parcel of medication thinking of using DHL anyone any experience of using them door to door service

My friend in Scotland sent me a parcel via DHL some weeks ago, she emailed on a Wednesday to say it would be with me the following Wednesday or Thursday, it arrived on the Monday, so great service. 👍

Did you have to sign for it or did you have to go and collect it and it was probably before the lockdown I assume

Deliveries are still happening but we are asked to follow a process to keep our delivery people safe.
IMPORTANT: delivery measures ZERO CONTACT Our main concern is to avoid risky situations and maximize your protection and that of our delivery man. Therefore, we detail the established process: Respect the minimum safety distance of 1 meter with the delivery man. Sign on the shipping label with your own pen. The delivery man will capture the image with the camera of his PDA. In case you cannot sign, the delivery person will request your name and surname verbally to inform the PDA and will sign with your name to confirm that the delivery has been made. We signed for it, it was about 10 days before lock down.
