Advice on Driving Licence

Good evening I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what to do next!!!! I along with others had an active discussion on transferring our UK Driving Licence to a Spanish one in a small window of time of 6 months last year (thanks to Marcliff who step by step made this process easier). I was absolutely delighted when I eventually received an appointment to exchange my licence and then a few weeks later got a phone call to say to come and pick my new driving licence up in Cartagena. Here is were the problem starts when I showed my driving licence to my husband he noticed my DOB was wrong!!!!!! I went back into the Cartagena office to have to wait nearly an hour to speak to someone again, they took the licence off me and give me a temporary licence valid until end of November 2023. Then on DGT website it said the licence was in the Post Office on 6 August we then went there and was told they are never left at a Post Office. So off we went again to Cartagena to be told that I cannot do anything until the temporary one expired. As previously said this has now expired at the end of November 2023. Having driven to Cartagena 4 times with no success I decided to e mail them to my surprise I got a reply saying I needed to make an appointment so from November to now I have checked every day to get an appointment with no success. I have recently been told as I do not have a driving licence or a temporary one I am not allowed to drive. Sorry this is a bit long winded but can anyone advise what I can do now to get my driving licence so I can now legally drive in Spain again. Thanks Gillian
