Hi,
Coys rent a car have a very good reputation and I can personally recommend Perfect Car Hire (especially Franciso he is so helpful) who my brothers have used a few times instead of the big companies. Like Coys they offer the option to pick up the car from the airport or the office.

Lara Cars are one of the better ones & have their base in Torrevieja in Los Altos about a mile up from the hospital, they also have a base at Alicante airport

Without doubt Coys Rent a Car.
We rented with them many times,they got us our Spanish driving licences,and we eventually bought our car off them,which we are more than happy with after 8 years.
