Hi,
Don't know where you are in Torrevieja but just after lockdown ended I went to have my Spanish driving licence renewed.
I used Clinica La Siesta by the Flamingo water park in La Siesta. To renew, including eye sight and cognitive test cost 60€. They give you a paper stamped and signed to cover you for 3 months if your licence runs out before the new one arrives.
Pleased to say my new licence arrived by post at my home address exactly 5 weeks after the renewal.
Was all of this done at the centre? Any other costs?thanks

Yes,
It was all done at the centre with no extra cost to the 60€ I paid. It may be different if changing from British to Spanish licence.

Hi,
They speak English and asked me to only bring my driving licence. You fill in a form whilst there so if you can't remember your NIE number take it with you.
I'd advise booking online like I did and ask them anything you're unsure of. Website and email are in one of my earlier posts.
