hi everyone,i am an irish eu passport holder, and was wondering if i moved to spain and became a resident,do i need to change my irish driving licence to a spanish one, and do i need to do a driving test as well? joseph
You will need to change your license for a Spanish one but as far as I know being an EU passport holder you won’t need to take a test.

Being an EU passport holder is irrelevant.
It’s down to the driving licence you hold.
An EU Driving Licence holder holder can just follow the procedure to transfer their licence as detailed by John123456 above, which I can see you have now edited your post to advise it’s an Irish licence.
A U.K. Driving Licence holder can no longer transfer and needs to take lesson(s) then both the theory and practical exam. These has to be completed within 6 months of gaining residencia
