Driving License.

My UK Driving License is close to expiring. I need to get a Spanish Driving License. Is it possible to do that at this time with Covid-19?
Trafico appear to be working because I got my licence in the post from them just last week.
Your problem is that the places which do the medicals and reaction tests etc. will almost certainly be closed and without those you cannot submit an application.
UK licence holders have been urged to get an exchange done for months now but I'm sure you won't be on your own in getting panicky.
BTW mine took 5 months almost to the day, lord knows how long it will take when this is all over!
