Journey time

Due  to unfortunate  circumstances  😕   I  intend  to  Drive  from Cherburg  in Northern  France  🇫🇷   down to Torrevieja   Costa Blanca 🇨🇷  South,  Only  dates available  to travel  are 18th  December. 

My  query  is  how long  will  complete journey  take  , it  is not possible  to do it in 1 day,

What  Hotel  would  be recommended  that has  secured  Parking  as travelling  in small  van with some Construction 🚧  Tools and small items  of Household  furniture  and a small, Hotel  would need to be Pet  friendly   and reasonably  priced 

Any  advice  greatly appreciate

It gives you a choice of routes, cost of tolls and fuel, hotels along the way and you can alter the options to include or avoid tolls. However, sometimes the  tolls are good value for the time & fuel saved.

We have always used the B&B chain with our lwb Sprinter, I think the carparks are gated

It's 17 + hours to drive

For what it worth if it's a van with tools could you not sleep in it to keep tools safe.

It's still 2 long days to drive. Go slowly and stay safe

Thanks 😇 for  good  advice   as  I  will  take  it  on   board,   but  now thinking  about   leaving  travel  till after Christmas  as  Pet  Accommodation  available  Rosslare-  Santander,   less driving  less stress 😩
