hello to everyone. I have moved recently in Torrevieja and I should change the plate of my car with a spanish one; I have contacted this site

http://www.spanish-number-plates.com/ to have some informations, but they have asked me really a big amount of money for the changing. Almost 1400 euro for a toyota yaris that has 5 years; Does anyone knows some other society that offer the same service at more affordable prize ? Thank you very much for your attention.

Agree with comments however an additional point to consider is with it being of such low value in Spain in case of an accident your insurer will be more likely to write it off than they would an equivalent LHD model.

thank you all for your advices. I'm little confused now about what to do. I'm considering the possibility to sell my car the way it is now, if is possible ( however is a belgian car and not a UK car ) and to buy a second hand spanish car here.

sorry Pete I don't understand what do you mean with " on the Padron ". However, when I wrote to site I mentioned up they told me that in the amount was 1061 euro of import fee and 322 euro of registration tax.
