Hi Alma,

If you mean can we still buy goods from abroad, then yes we can the same as before, with the exception of buying from the UK, anything above €22 can attract import duties and costs.

Buy what, property or goods? Where are you living now, Spain or the UK?

Of course. Why shouldn't you be able to?

Buying property is fairly straightforward. Moving to another country means you need to satisfy their requirements for immigration but you can still do it.

I presume as you have asked in a forum focussing on Spain that you want to buy and move there? In which case, buying is pretty much the same. Seeking residency is just more convoluted and you need to demonstrate more income / assets / a job.

Yes, non-EU nationals can buy property in Spain.  If you are buying a second/holiday home then you can use it for up to 90 days in any consecutive 180 days, but that allowance is for the whole of the Schengen zone, not just Spain.  If you are looking to relocate then check you cam meet the financial requirements.
