Friends in Torrevieja

Hi.

I am Erika, 38 years old originally from Hungary but lived in UK since 2013. I just moved to Torrevieja in the end of June, started to work straight away so didn't really have time for anything. Now have time until I find a job with more time for myself or I find out what to do next.

I speak English and Hungarian, learning Spanish which is not as easy as I thought it will be....

If you are new as well and doesn't know anyone like me or would like to try to discover the area or even practice Spanish or have a good idea for start up a new business and need a partner for it let me know.

It can be hard sometimes all alone in a new place ( I went to UK all by myself as well) or just would be nice to talk to someone, have a coffee...

Hi

Wondering how you got on with finding new friends ? My 35 year old son is staying with me for a while , we are in La Siesta and there are not many people of his age around so would be interested in making some friends.

Our son moved here with us. He was 35 at the time. Stayed here 18 months then moved back to the UK. Tried college to pick up Spanish, but really struggled to socialise with people his own age.
