Is there a dept witin Torrevieja council that's obliged to spray areas affected with cockroaches? My holiday home is in Toretta Florida and I'm dreading returning to Spain because after a period of 6mnths Covid travel restrictions I have to spend the first couple of days spraying my house with expensive cockroach deterent to rid the property of uninvited guests.  Is the council not obliged still to spray areas badly affected? I so miss the initial cvd spraying which kept them away!

Here on Urb Montegolf we have regular treatment for cockroaches by the council I assume, they spray down the drains. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing as immediately after the " treatment" the number of roaches increases. We have some plug ins which so far have worked for us. We cant use a spray indoors as we have a dog, not sure if it would be that healthy for us breathing in the fumes.

I remember hotel staff in Lanzarote spraying the grounds at 4/5a.m. every day to keep the 'roaches' away
