I have been trying to find out how to dispose of garden clippings etc but haven’t had much success. We are in Los Balcones can anyone please advise as I did see 2 sacks of waste outside someone’s house.

This is something that varys in different locations in the area. Ask around..... your president /administrators if you are in an urbanisation or ask your neighbours.
I am reluctant to tell what applies in the La Mata area as it may not be the case in yours. .... hopefully someone in Los Balcones will reply.
