We are thinking of buying an apartment in La Mata. What do you think?

Right downtown. Within viewing distance of the sea. I don't have the address, unfortunately.
I like La Mata more, then Torrevieja, because of the beach.
Nice prices. No people in winter. Hospitals Centro de Salud La Mata and Quiron are near. No schools though. Many cafes.
Do not know what exactly you are looking for, but Guardamar is closest competitor for La Mata, I think.
