Hi
We used Europrestige last year , we were met by a guy called David who showed us around, he was very friendly showed us a few properties that we had emailed to their website. No hard sell and in the end we didn’t buy through them. Difference was we booked our own flights and hotel and just arranged to meet him at the plaza and then jumped in his car.
Whichever way you choose as has been said never be pressured, take your time look at all the areas. We eventually bought a new build through “ home España “ and they have an excellent after sales service, we have just returned this weekend from choosing our tiles, kitchen, bathrooms etc and Emma was with us all the way asking questions and getting everything sorted, can’t fault them so far.

We went on a viewing trip with Euro Prestige in January 2019. We were picked up at the airport and they paid for our hotel, which was close to their office.
We knew that it was going to be a busy few days and that we were not on holiday but considered it as a business trip. They also paid for lunches when we were out viewing and would have paid for dinner at night but we wanted to have that on our own and discuss what we had seen during the day witho...

...ut the agent listening and commenting. She was fine with that.
We told the agent our criteria and mostly she stuck to that.
We agreed a time to be collected and were shown many properties in just a few days. I doubt that we would have found or seen most of them just driving around ourselves. We saw properties in several different areas, some areas we liked but not the properties and others - we liked the properties but not where they were. Some we did not like the property or the location.
We were then asked did we want to see something different that did not quite fit with what we had asked and we agreed. If we said no, then that would have been fine.
Eventually after viewing probably 20 properties in 3 days we were shown something that we both liked, did not tick all of our boxes but was very close. We were not put under any pressure but did decide to buy.
We insisted on using our own solicitor, not theirs which delayed the process a little as our solicitor worked for us and not them. She went through everything with a fine tooth-comb, making sure that everything was legal and that the property had no debt etc.
We went to our property for the first time in April and have had many enjoyable relaxing weeks there since.
Hi we also went through euro prestige, they have officers in Rainford, England as well, they don’t advertise as much over here but have a large office by the park of nations, we found them to be ok, we came on a similar trip, and were given hotel and breakfast, dinner and tea, eating in different places for dinner and evening meals. We told them what we were looking for and the same as te other person was shown quit a few properties, we eventually chose one that suited us, they never at any time gave a hard sell and the guy who took us around was an oldish guy from Newcastle. We even used there solicitor and had no problems with them, there are quit a lot of estate agents to stay away from over here and I believe these are not one of them, I personally chose a three bedroom quad, on a community, very near shops and bus service, the only thing I would change now that I am familiar with the Spanish community law was not to have a property on a community as you only have a vote which can be over turned by your fellow community people, but this was not prestige fault I would certainly use again if needed.
