hi,
i’m a firm believer in indian neem oil. i use it for muscle pain and use it on my face after being in the sun. it’s actually removed two age spots on my face. it’s a general healing oil and it’s ancient.
regards

Where could I buy Neem oil? Never heard of it
I was chatting with a Norwegian lady the other evening and she was extolling the virtues of Tiger Balm. I’d never heard of it either.

tiger balm is also an herbal ointment that has been around for a long time. it can get quite hot when you apply to the skin but many athletes use it. i’ve seen in most pharmacys and neem oil can be found at a good health food store. i’m sure you can also find both on amazon also

Tiger balm can be bought in most cheap store in Uk, B&M, Home Bargains, Poundstretchers etc, good for arthritis, joint and muscle pain(contains capsicum which gives the "hot" feeling) I like Hemp oil for moisturising, bought in food aisles in Uk supermarkets. Body shop use hemp for its utra moisturising products but expensive when they use so little, better to buy the oil and add to own products. Full of omegas.
