Hi that's more in line with what we pay. An earlier reply indicated some numbers that did appear on the low side. Fair play though if they have that deal.

We have just started receiving our bills monthly and they seem really high seeing as we have hardly been there. Will need to check it out too.

Hi

We were the same i thought the bills were high when we werent there when i contacted them they said these were the standing charges and couldnt really explain them

The Utility companies are all the same. Our water company Hidraqua struggled to explain their charges when I pointed out their new water meter couldn't be read as they squeezed three new meters into such a small inset in a wall that the dial couldn't be seen. The only way I could see the dial was to poke my camera phone into the void and move it around taking photos until I had one that covered the dial. After that my bills suddenly dropped by quite a lot on their quarterly billing.

Regarding your request, we inform you that, unfortunately, we don’t have that document in English. We are working on it.

In order to answer your request, we inform you the main points:

  • If you hire less than 10 KW, your tariff is 2.0A.
  • If you want, you can choose the same price for all day, or you can have two different prices, depending on the schedule.
  • The prices for your power are:
    • Energy:
      • Same price (2.0A)= 0.126237€/kWh if you want to receive your invoices by email, or 0.130172€/kWh if you want it on paper.
      • Different prices (2.0 DHA)=  we inform you that 2.0 DHA rate has the following schedule:

We advise that  P1 is the period with the highest price, and P2 is the lowest price period. It changes depending on summer time or winter (with the time change). In this case, if you receive invoices by mail, P1’s price is 0,148529 €/kWh and P2, 0.074576 €/kWh; but if you receive invoices on paper, P1= 0,153154 €/kWh and P2= 0,076913 €/kWh.

    • Power: 0,104229 €/kW Day.
  • All this prices hasn’t got taxes.
  • The changes in legislation or regulatory developments happen after the date of signature of the contract, will be applied to the client. The controlled components (reagents, equipment rental, tolls, and the excesses of power) according to the regulations in force: Order IET/107/2014 Order IET/3860/2017, RD1164/2001 and the Order of the ETU/1976/2016.

Regarding your invoice, we inform you that we compare your current bill with our prices, and the result was:

Your current bill was 18.80€.

With us would be 13.87€.

You would save 4.93€ (26.20%).

If we calculate the annual result, you would save 64.23€.

(we calculate with the invoice you gave us, with monthly bills and 365 days a year).

Hi 

My monthly standing charge is 28.42€ when empty and higher when l am out at my house, is this too much??

   It would be good to judge what other people pay, thanks.

We are averaging 26 euros per month whether we are there or not, this is the total charge including the standing charge.
