I have a holiday villa in Pinar de campoverde near Pilar de la horadada and it has a lot of permanent home owners from different countries. There are lots of English speaking folks there all year round and very friendly. There are lots of clubs to join and very close to several lovely beaches. You need to know public transport very limited so you need a car.
