Whatever the rent may be, you'll be asked for a deposit which should not exceed 2 month's rent and will rarely be returned.

Hi, you might as well ask how long is a piece of string, there is no monthly "normal rental" price, it depends on the time of year, the house itself and the landlord / agency renting it, you mentioned a bungalow type house, not sure a Spanish bungalow is the same as a British bungalow.

As a guide, we rent 2 bed apartments "normally" for 3 month stays, we class ourselves very very lucky to have found a really nice apartment in Villamartin, we are being charged 600 euro a month for next years booking  and that includes electricity and internet, we are being asked for a very small 100 euro deposit which has always been returned, but we have rented this apartment several times before.

Previous to this apartment we rented others, some were similar rental cost but without internet and electric on top, every one of these asked for a month deposit which we always got back.

I know others that have have rented similar but not as nice apartments that have paid far far more than we are paying.

For a 2 bed "bungalow" type house prices could range from 700 pm to 1500 pm off season and quite a bit more in high season.

Try sites like the one below or facebook ads for the area you want to be in.

If renting as a non resident then you are still classed as a tourist and need to rent a Licensed tourist property. Low season you can usually get deals on the price (which must be inclusive of utilities) but high season you would be very lucky to get any reduction.  So the answer to your questio will depend on when you plan to visit, location of the property and the facilities provided.

Are you a landlord looking to rent a property out? Or a tenant looking for a property?
