Morning all,I’m so sorry for asking again but I’m desperate to get my internet on by the weekend with VEGA FIBRA I’ve been phoning constantly for over a week but each time they here my English accent they put me on hold & then the phone goes dead.I must have phoned 100 times!! Is there anyone out there that can think of anything else we can do

Dont know which branch you have been calling but my neighbours (-Scandinavian holiday home owners, who speak no Spanish) all use the branch on Ave Cortes Valencianas/Ave La Mancha towards La Mata . They use the switch on/switch off service for when they are here & call in advance to have it connected for their arrival

Hi Elinspain,firstly thanks for your reply,I’ve managed to pay online with your help👍👍 Secondly we have holiday home in Los Montesinos & yes our location does say torrevieja but I’m all paid up & ready to go now so thank you at last it’s all sorted & I’ve received a confirmation email 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Hi Sue, I don't which office is nearest you but going in person is always the better direct approach. They are often bilingual english/spanish and I've heard french and even russian while at my local vega office.

I have to ask this question as its often a topic on here. Why do you leave your last word unfinished? re?? & in another post str? Please finish your words, dont leave us to guess , it seems so pointless.
