Hi does anyone have any idea where your post goes if not in my post box or local correos x their English isn't good x 5 letters sent only 2 received in last few months x very very frustrating!!!

Hi, We had a similar problem, although we are near Guardamar.
We had to go to the main PO, Correos, in Guardamar, and take NIE and proof of Address and ask if there was any post.
They checked, and found one item, and informed us that they only keep any letters for 15 days before it is returned to the UK. This had happened to one of our items. Unfortunately there was no return address in or out side the letter. We did not receive a lovely picture of 'welcome to your new home' as a result. Shame!
None of the staff seem to speak English or want to be helpful but we managed with a word book to get this far.
Advise is to tell anyone writing to you to clearly put on the reverse of the envelope an address for returning the item if not collected.

When we first moved in, some of our utility bills had incorrect addresses on them, and I wonder if it's the same for you. If you register for online access to the utility companies, you may be able to correct addresses online. Even better, register for online billing and cut out the post altogether.
