There is a dialysis unit at Torrevieja Hospital.
If coming on holiday, the doctor in your own country should arrange treatment before you arrive. UK has holiday dialysis co-ordinators especially for this. The dialysis unit at Torrevieja hospital is one of the best in Europe and is a dedicated wing of the hospital with its own parking area.
Like other departments, they don't seem to have a separate email address. There is a single phone number for all departments which is 0044 965 695 500.

Quiron Private Hospital also have a dialysis unit, I have seen it mentioned on here before, in reply to a similar question.

Whoops, senior moment. Changed the dial code.
Yes, Quiron does have dialysis but is private so you'd have to pay. Torrevieja is covered by EHIC or GHIC whichever your country uses.
