If you have the GVA Salut app, then log in, tap the 3 horizontal lines on the top left and the choose Centros.
The email for San Luis is [email protected] so yours will be something similar.
I you don´t have the app download it and fill in your details, including a scan of the bar code on the back of your SIP card.
