Can anyone advise on heath care for two seniors 89 and 79. No heart problems , no illnesses, never been to a hospital
Very fit and active .
it appears that everyhting stops at 79

Are you UK citizens and receiving UK Pension?
If so you can get free healthcare paid for by the UK.
Or are you of other nationalities?

No , Australian and American so can’t get uk health and usa Medicare not accepted.

Are you permanently resident in Spain and been so for at least 12 months? Is yes, you can apply to join the Convenio Especial which gives you full access to the Spanish National Health Service. It covers pre-existing conditions you only pay for prescriptions.
