We are coming over to Spain (Denia) in our caravan to spend up to a year to find out where we would like to ultimately buy a please. Can you help with where and how we would get health insurance for about a year? Also we have found a campsite called Los Llonas near Denia does anyone know if it is OK?

Not if Boris gets his way you won't be, 90 days in any 180 will be your lot.
Also if you plan to drive down through France don't forget the two different IDP's you'll need.
