Can anyone help my dad has an NHS over the ear hearing aid which requires maintenance from time to time ie clearing and replacing of tubes etc he cannot do this himself it’s just too fiddly there must be other ex pats who need hearing aid help where do you go? His character is changing as his world is getting smaller not being able to hear thanks in advance.
