Habitation Certificate

Hi
How would i get a habitation certificate as it seems i need one to apply for a lisence for holiday rentals.
Should i have got one when i purchased a new built apartment.

Hi I recently got a cert of Second Habitation as I needed to change the name on my water bill with Agamed. It was provided be an architect and cost €50.
You should publish the architects details that is cheap!
All town halls work off cents per square metre. Some,therefore,being cheaper than others.
Yes but to get an architect to do it for 50 euros, most of them would not get out of bed for that!
