I think it’s safe to say I won’t get to Torrevieja as planned in March or indeed anytime in summer. I was so looking forward to lazy days/weeks in the sun. 1st world problems😮.  The flights were cancelled in March 2020! And I’d expect the same will happen for pending flights.
I am however, grateful for having good health and hope that we will all look back in a few months and see that it was all worth it. Fingers crossed vaccines will come our way soon. Stay safe everyone!

Hi Gerry, stay positive. All our flights have been cancelled too, I reckon early May at best for things to start progressing, especially as vaccine roll out will have hit those vulnerable groups and the pressure taken off health services.

The UK expects to have 15 million vaccinated by middle of Feb and 30 million by end April. The rest of EU won't be too far behind hopefully. At this point we should see an easing off across Europe of restrictions.

All good news!

I have a flight on Jet2 booked for 26 March from ALC to LBA.  I also have my PCR arranged for two days before.  I hope that the flights are not cancelled at the last minute and that I end up wasting the 120 euros test.

And then there is the little problem of overstaying the 90 days of course.  I hate all this uncertainty
