As far as I'm aware all wills are registered in Madrid. If you go to another solicitor they will probably find it for you. You could just make a new will and that would render the old one invalid.

Can you remember the notary you signed the will at? If so, they will have a copy and it is also registered in the last wills which is centrally registered. Any notary will tell you how to get a copy.

The date on which you made your Spanish will and the Notary before whom you signed it will be recorded at the General Registry of Last Wills in Madrid. The original will stays at the Notary's office and you would also have received a copy.
