I'm with Liberty Seguros and am happy with the service, whereas I've seen many reports of poor service from LInea Directa.

I suggest starting by getting a price from Alfonso at Gran Alacant Insurances, whose advert is on the right.

100% agree with Jim, we are with Gran Alacant for our insurances private medical, buildings and contents. Cannot praise Alfonso enough!

Same here!
We took over the existing house insurance from the previous owner through Liberty Seguros which was arranged through a local, non English speaking broker. At the first renewal we changed to Linea Directa (purely for ease with the language) but once the banks started trying to force their own insurance on me to avoid charges, it made me look around for comparisons and I decided to follow the many recommendations on here and contacted Alfonso. He explained so much to me, all by e-mail so I had a record I could refer back to and he even gave me an idea for my car insurance quote even though it wasn't due for over 6 months as many insurers won't do this.

As from 1st August my insurance will be back with Liberty Seguros with much more cover for a lower cost with all the documentation in English. Furthermore I know that if I have a problem Alfonso will be there to help me. He also helped people with Consortium claims from the September floods even if they were not insured with him (no doubt they will be in future).
