Gas engineer !!

Hi, I'm Allan, I was wondering if I would be able to help anyone as a self employed gas engineer. Coming over to get residencia and buy a property or two to rent out and still keep my hand in as a gas man.
Also, are the rentals in torrevieja all year round or just summer time only.
My wife and I spent 3 weeks travelling around Spain in the motorhome researching where to buy to let and have been going round in circles.
