Looking for a job: Business Development, Sales, Operations

Hi,

Currently based in Manchester UK, but looking at making the move to Torrevieja. Looking for any type of English speaking sales, development, customer service work, limited Spanish but willing to go on a course and learn. Before deciding anything you should check out possibilities on location, find out market structures, customer behavior, competitors (you'll be amazed about how many are already in "your" business), credit enforcement. Even the US mail order giant Sears & Roebuck got a bloody nose and had to move out when he found that his concept "buy now - pay later" could not be put to practice in this country. Finally, the coast is definitely not the place to make money. Have a word with the British Chamber of Commerce in Barcelona or Madrid to get some professional advice. Good luck.
