As you state that you are English,  then presumably you have the correct work visa in place, otherwise unfortunately you are not allowed to offer these services.

If your paperwork is all in order, then I would strongly suggest stating that in your advertisement. Addingthe words fully legal or similar would enhance your chances of finding employment.

Hi,

As I see from your previous post back in December you had problems applying for your Visa. I can only assume that this is not in place and you're still here. Please be very careful as should you decide to work and live here illegally the penalties are heavy ,including a ban from all the EU countries, not just Spain, for a certain period. Many people used to get away with this but not anymore so be aware of the law living and working here.

If I'm wrong and you have since gained residency then I apologise .
