Black cat very friendly has a blue collar on been coming to my house for a couple weeks someone must be missing it.
By law all cats (and dogs) should now be chipped so if you can catch it take it to a vet for it to be read.
No guarantee it is though!

Thanks I'm going to the vets tomorrow so I'll take it with me and get it checked
