Hello

Regarding buses  in LA Marina, this has been answered  several times before . The bus that runs between Alicante & Torrevieja  and beyond (& return) only stops on the main N332 road in La Marina village, it does NOT go into the urbanisation. There  are a few buses a day on that route, maybe one every hour in the busier holiday months but not so frequently in the winter months.

Cheers

A site that may be of help is the Citizens Advice Bureau Spain website.

Also, in case you don't know, the La Marina urbanisation, on the inland side of the N332 coast road, comes under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio, and La Marina the village, on the sea side of the N332 coast road, comes under the jurisdiction of Elche.

Do not pay anything upfront (reservation fees etc.) to an agent, that money is gone. Before signing anyhting reqiure full information and make sure that whatver is built shows up in the land register.

Hi Vinny Jill

You can search for buses here https://regular.autobusing.com/info?empresa=costa-azul&locale=es&locale=en but I can't comment on the location of the bus stop in La Marina. Btw, the bus station in Torrevieja is in a very noisy and congested part of town - if that's the only area you see, it'll probably put you off!

Cheers

Steve
