Hi there,Do any of you know the urbanization El Sueno in the calle Pablo Picasso, El Chaparal, Torrevieja? I have my eye on an apartment and would like to know if everything there is OK.

Hi,
El Sueño is a community on an urbanisation, El Chapparal, it's not an urbanisation so you'll be subject to community fees which you'll need to take into account.
I dont know what the actual community is like but it's on a nice urbanisation. Be aware that in the summer you may get some noise from nearby bars. There's a good bus service nearby.
