good morning,
Advice please how do i go about drawing up a contract for a long let (this is a private long let not through an agent) asking for a friend.
Get a lawyer to advise them, it can take years to evict a tennant even if the lease is legal.

We are about to set of from England to Torrevieja and are trying to find somewhere to settle for a long term let. If your friend would consider us if he hasn't got anyone yet. I am a retired nurse and my husband is a retired builder. Hope you didn't mind me asking.

Please make sure you have a tourist letting licence otherwise you could be in for a heavy fine
