Hi all, I hate to bring up this old chestnut, but can anyone recommend a reliable English speaking lawyer/solicitor as we are selling our apt. in Torrevieja and plan to buy another.

Might be a bit far for you but I used Fontanals in Rojales. They were very efficient and completely up front about costs.

My solicitor based in Torrevieja centro. His office manager is English. Drop them an email and get a quote

I can highly recommend Sun Lawyers who have offices in Orihuela Costa and La Zenia.We recently completed a purchase in Torrevieja and they could not have been more helpful.Nothing was a problem to them.

Hi there ive just completed in torreveija and used Maria Ballester, she is round corner from the church. I got her recomended to me and she has been efficient and offcie hand to get to. She speaks good Englidh and was half the price of solicitor my agent sugested . Email [email protected] for info. Mila made it a less stressful experience after a bad experience id had initailly elsewhere HIGHLY RECOMEND (tell her karen from Goole in England recomended you . Good luck
