Unrealistic budget. 1 bedroom apartments even in a shitty area will be more than 50k.
Do some research go on rightmove see what the prices are for your preferred area and come back with more money
Also don't foget to add 13% onto your offer price for taxes etc

Go on Idealista website- mainly Spanish sellers and, depending on how in need of updating, you'll defo find things within your budget.
It's still a buyers market, so I'd be surprised if you don't get something.

It's all relative and depends on what a nice view or good balcony means.
You can just about squeeze a 1 bed in formentera del segura in your budget or a 2 bed in Almoradi or a studio in torrevieja. So that's the difference of 48sqm or 58sqm or the studio at 30sqm.
