How long to sort a rental property?

Hi all, thanks for letting me join your group. I’m looking at what’s required to find and finalise a rental property. Together with my partner, I am looking to come over very soon to stay in a holiday let property in Torrevieja short term while we look at a long term rental property for 18 months. At the end of that time we will look at buying a property if all goes well. I’m interested in finding out how long it generally takes to arrange the documents and references required once a rental property is found.

I want to make sure we have the holiday rental long enough. I’m thinking 1 - 2 months might be needed to allow time for property hunting through to moving in... what do you think?

Also, we have two small dogs and hope to find an area of Torrevieja that’s considered most dog friendly for walks, etc...any recommendations?

Hi

I have a vailable from january 3rd two bedroom house in torrevieja.good location for dog walkers close to amenties. 400 a month include bills plus english tv. Availble from 3nd january if interested can view then and move in next day. Just sign contract. That easy.
