Can anyone recommend: Tapas menu for like 10-15€

Im looking for a place where we will able to hold a board metting, for about 150 People. We Got to be able to set up silverscreen for a projector, and a soundbox with microphone. The place must be able to make a light tapas menu for about 10-15€ a person.
