My husband and I applied for new renewed passports 5 weeks ago.

He got an SMS saying his would be delivered to,which it just has.

All I have heard is that mine has been printed, and sent securely.

I haven't had an SMS saying when mine is being delivered by DHL?

We thought they would be delivered together?

Has anyone else had this problem please?

Thank you.

Not a problem but standard procedure.

For both security and legal reasons passports are dispatched only to recipients in person so even if produced sequentially they will still come individually with DHL.

Even old cancelled ones will come back separately.

They could possibly have been processed by different passport offices as well. Hence the slight difference to procedure.

Yes,knew they wouldn't come in the same envelope,so thought we may get them together.

They were printed two days apart,so that is provably the reason.

Thank you.

Thank you.
