I agree, you should be able to do it yourself if you follow Jim's guide. Paying a gestor is going to cost a fee of around 200€ on top of the cost of the actual applicatiom.

Read the replies section underneath Jim's guide. I know there's 30 odd pages of it, but you'll pick up some useful additional info and it'll pass the time during lockdown! Read my note in there concerning my experience of helping my neighbour do it a few weeks ago. If you can rope in a Spanish speaking friend to help you at the actual appointment, it'll be a big plus.

I used onewayservices in Quesada - they charge €50 per person for Residencia- they also do Spanish driving licence (€140) which includes medical etc and they also do wills (€80). Their prices include driving you to your appointment and translating for you etc. I have found them to be excellent and very reasonably priced - it takes all the worry away and worth every penny!!
