Non resident tax double paid.

Last year I asked a rep to help us pay non residents tax as we couldn’t visit due to Corona. I was of the impression that I had no agreement for them to represent us going forward.
This year we visited Torrevieja and got Angar agency to do our taxes, they were very efficient and only changed €40 for 2 people.
I was shocked when I checked our bank account yesterday and discovered that last years rep took her fee of €121 and paid our residents tax. I was able to cancel her payment but not the tax payments.
I’ve contacted her and asked if she can make a reclamation for a refund on our behalf as we have paid on the double. It will be interesting to see how that goes.
