Considering the low number of signatures so far, it appears unlikely that it will get to the point where it will have to be brought before parliament, but no harm in trying.
I'd be willing to sign such a petition for Spanish inheritance tax as, although the tax-free allowances in Valencia are very good, the much lower state allowances may prevail post-Brexit.
