They have an English option on the web page and you can book in advance.

I can also recommend Radio taxis Torrevieja. Used them several times but only coming from the airport to my house, the latest being last week. My flight was over two hours late arriving because of a tech problem but the guy was there, waiting, no problems.
They charge 50€ from airport to La Siesta which I think is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
