Hi, I have always used Innisfree to get to and from Alicante Airport but they are not covering Torrevieja anymore. I only just used them in July and they didn’t advise me they were stopping that service, only found out today when I tried to book. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced company I can try please?

That's interesting. I usually use them too and they bring me as far as Calle Paris. I can walk from there.

I don’t know what is going on then! When they emailed me on 3rd August in response to mine trying to make a booking, they stated that they had stopped taking bookings from the Torrevieja area a couple of months previously.
I have used them on quite a few occasions so was surprised and disappointed that they hadn’t told me when they picked me up in July. When I queried it I was told they had been honouring previously booked trips only.

How much do they charge each way please. Do they take you from door to door

Hi Jane,
The prices vary depending on where you're going. All prices are on their website: airport runs-r-us.com. I've just had a gander and, as an example, for 4 people travelling Alicante Airport to Torrevieja Central/North will cost 60 euros each way (so 15 euros each).
Yes, they do take you door to door. They wait at arrivals with the traditional card with your name on it, short walk to the multi-storey to the vehicle and then straight to your property. You book on line and get a confirmation text a day or two before you travel (either way). No up front payment - pay the driver when you get to the destination. I've used them many times and they've never let me down.

My transport people are cheaper. €40 euros each way.
Will stay with them. Then start using the bus shuttle service when I can
