My skimmers are blocked

My skimmers are blocked on my 8m x 4m pool can anyone recommend a person or company to carry out this repair in Torrevieja area.

The valve is OK its the actual pipe

I don't understand. To block a skimmer it needs to insert material inside the skimmer, but there is a net which forbid anything big to go to the pipe.
The key could be old, and then it remains in a position, on or off. So try this tip : close the bottom key and the hoover key, open only the skimmer key and see what happens. If needed, I could let my whatsapp and with a video, we could find where is the problem.
